Venice Beach Football Club, or VBFC, is a community football club built by washed up players of the past and local legends of the future. Over the last 10 years, the club has grown to be one of the the most diverse soccer communities for men and women of all ages in Los Angeles with an international audience of supporters. Venice Beach is iconic for many reasons, but up until 2016, football was not one of them.

The club has hosted weekly free open pickup games every sunday since 2016 After a short time, the world began to take notice leading to some of the biggest clubs and stars in the game to descend on to their home court known as the Estadio, to jump in and join. Local players have had the chance to watch and play with World cup winners such as Ronaldinho Gaucho and Kylian Mbappe, Miranda, as well as Champions league stars like Rafael Leao, Eduardo Camavinga, Weston Mckennie, Diego Forlan, Diego Costa, amongst many others.

The club’s home court and brand has been heavily featured in EA Sports’ FIFA and FC video game franchise over the last 6 years. VBFC has collaborated with teams such as ARsenal, Atletico Madrid, Manchester United, Botafogo, Venezia, and been featured by artists globally sharing the scenes of what football looks like in Venice Beach California.

The club has establish a youth academy that is unlike any other and has gone on to compete against the giants of professional football globally including the likes of Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Chivas Guadalajara, Sevilla, Athletic Bilbao, in international competitions, along with local professional sides like LAFC and San Jose Earthquakes. The youth sides have already produced a handful of moves for local talent to professional clubs in the US and Mexico.

Above all, VBFC is built by the power of community, and bound by the mutual love for football.You can find this beautiful mix of outcasts, dreamers, has-been's and soon-to-be's, playing every week while entertaining and inspiring the next generation of talent to come.
