Group Training is designed to accommodate 2-6 players at a time and works on a range of elements of the game. The environment of the session is competitive, challenging, and pushes players to work with and against their peers in game-like situations.
The players are put through training exercises that emphasize building each player's athleticism, technical ability, decision making, and their ability to combine with other players. We work on these elements by demanding a high speed of play in futsal games, technical exercises, and progressive strength and speed training.
These sessions are ideal for segments of teams and groups of players that want to push each other to be the best on the field.
